Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Bench Planning Summary Report

Run this report to manage potential successors for specific positions.

Contents

This report shows employees who have been nominated as potential successors for a job. The results of the report can be filtered by a specific employee, the job for which they have been nominated, a division, a specific manager, the employee's readiness for the job, their relocation preferences and/or their placement on the 9 Box. Select filter options and click Search to run the report. Results display on screen, including comments made when the employee was nominated, and comments made by the employee regarding his or her availability.
